Movement is a system, and when that system is integrated, life becomes brighter. My journey into fitness began in 2015 as a group instructor, where I quickly noticed a pattern: regardless of the exercise, most people struggled with the same postural collapses and chronic pain.

Driven to find a safer, more effective way to help my clients, I transitioned into personal training and spent years searching for a sustainable solution.

My search was personal as well. I was born with ocular hypertension (high eye pressure), I was restricted from traditional "bracing" and heavy lifting. By 18, I was diagnosed with degenerative changes in my thoracic spine (T6-T7). Doctors told me to stop running, jumping, and even long walks.

For 15 years, I tried everything—physical therapy, massages, and endless training modalities—but the pain always returned the moment I took a break.

In 2022, after moving to the U.S. from Ukraine, the stress caused my body to finally fall apart. It wasn't until I fully committed to the Functional Patterns protocol in 2023 that everything changed.

Within one month, the pain that had haunted me for over a decade was gone. Today, I am stronger, more resilient, and more energized than ever. I am excited to help you stop managing symptoms and start solving your biomechanical patterns so you can live life to the fullest.
