Sessions can take place in one of two private gyms in the metro area locations – either St. Louis Park or White Bear Lake, Minnesota
We can also train via Zoom!

All personal training sessions are 1-on-1 and are one hour in length.
Sessions are customized to the individual clients needs. We determine what type of exercise to implement based on the initial assessment of your posture and gait. This allow us to work towards address your overall posture and function while training.

The majority of clients coming in have injuries or chronic pain. At the beginning of each session we will check in about pain and injuries and the rest of the session we will focus on correcting the issues/pain you’re experiencing.
When we do our free phone consultation we will determine if this training will be a good fit or if we should refer you to another health practitioner that we trust.
